Applications:
Global registration includes the EU, Japan, USA, etc. CHA is used as a cosmetic raw material and does not cause sensitization, carcinogenesis, or deformity.
Integration effect: CHA has a highly selective chelating effect on Fe2+ and Fe3+, and can be used in an iron-restricted environment to limit the growth of mold; Iron is a key element for microbial growth. Microbial release integrators capture Fe3+ from the environment and convert it to Fe2+. CHA chelate Fe3+ has a high stability constant, which can prevent mold from obtaining iron.
Short chain activity: Like octane diol, it also has the carbon chain length (C8) that can promote the structural degradation of cell membranes, resulting in the leakage of some proteins and ions within the cell, and eventually the death of bacteria. As organic acids, organic acids can attack mold only when dispersed in an undissociated state in the organism. CHA is an organic acid that remains unionized from acidic to neutral.
Packing and Storage:
Keep sealed in a cool dry and dark place.
Shelf life is 24 months.
