2-Hydroxyethylhydrazine

Also known as:
2-Hydrazinoethanol; beta-hydroxyethylhydrazine; 2-hydrazino-ethano; hydroxyethyl hydrazine; n-(2-hydroxyethyl)hydrazine; N-(2-Hydroxy ethyl)hydrazine.

Applications:

It is used as an intermediate raw material for the synthesis of furazolidone, and can also be used as a plant growth regulator, polyurethane and polyacrylonitrile stabilizer, oil well corrosion inhibitor, etc.

The chemical properties of 2-hydroxyethylhydrazine are strong reducing agents, and contact with oxidizing substances is strictly prohibited.
